Ximena Carrier is an accomplished architect with 12 years of experience in residential design, specializing in multifamily developments. She joined the design team at AB Design Group in early 2025, bringing with her a strong background in managing projects ranging from three-story garden apartments to student housing and podium-style complexes.

Driven by a lifelong passion for design, Ximena blends creativity with precision in every project she undertakes. Her expertise spans project management, budget analysis, scheduling, and design, ensuring thoughtful solutions that meet both aesthetic and functional goals.

Ximena holds a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico, earned in 2012. She is a licensed architect in the state of Florida and is NCARB certified.

Outside of work, Ximena enjoys spending time with her family and two young children. She has a passion for traveling and exploring new culinary experiences.
